1- Summer fair in El Puerto de Santa María.
2- Laura dressed up in David’s costume.
3- Carousel in Cádiz, it was so hot that the fair didn’t open until late afternoon.
4- David’s toy house.
5- David (father) and I walked to the beach in Vistahermosa. On the way, we found an old well that belonged to an old farmhouse.
6- House in the old town of Sanlucar de Barrameda, on the way to Bajo Guía.
7- Fresco of a cotton picker. That day I was walking through the warehouse where there was an old dining room, now used as a storage room.
8- David’s father spends the mornings feeding his animals, which he keeps free in the back of the offices. Whenever I go to the countryside, I spend some time with him while he feeds them.
9- I went to Cádiz on a ferry from El Puerto de Santa Maria, and there I ran into Victor by chance, my best friend from university. I told him I wanted to take a picture of him later. The light was very intense and he was wearing a white T-shirt, so I made him take it off to take the photo.
10- It had been a long time since I had seen a bull poster. It reminded me of my first trips around Spain.
11- The boxes for harvesting in the field looked like buildings of an abandoned city in the middle of nowhere.
1- Feria de verano en el Puerto de Santa María.
2- Laura disfrazada con el traje de David.
3- Carrusel en Cádiz, hacia tanta calor que no abrieron la feria hasta entrada la tarde.
4- Casa de juguete de David.
5- David (padre) y yo fuimos andando hasta la playa en Vistahermosa, en el camino encontramos un pozo antiguo que pertenecía a una antigua casa de campo.
6- Casa en el casco antiguo de Sanlucar de Barrameda, en el camino a Bajo Guía.
7- Fresco de una recolectora de algodón. Ese día estuve paseando por la nave en la que había un antiguo comedor, hoy en día se usa de sala de almacenaje.
8- El padre de David pasa las mañanas alimentando a sus animales, los tiene libres en la parte de atrás de las oficinas, siempre que voy al campo paso un rato con él mientras las alimenta.
9 – Fui a Cádiz en un ferry desde el Puerto de Santa Maria, allí me encontré a Víctor de casualidad, mi mejor amigo de la universidad. Le dije que mas tarde quería hacerle una foto, la luz era muy intensa y llevaba una camiseta blanca, le hice quitársela para hacerle la foto.
10 – Hacía muchísimo tiempo que no veía un cartel del toro, me recordó a mis primeros viajes por España.
11 – Las cajas para la recolección en el campo parecían edificios de una ciudad abandonada en mitad de la nada.
